We used Jark Krysinski to sell and buy our home in Richmond, BC and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone else out there who is looking for a real estate agent. Jark has a very pleasing personality and brings in lots of high energy that we found very useful when we were house hunting after a hard days work. He did extensive research on the real estate market around where our house is located before putting our house on the market. Jark also took us around to show us similar listings that were out there. Jark Team has a very strong social media presence and they put a lot of effort into our listing. He has the whole team, from handymen to photographers to staggers who turned our house into an amazing show home. He is very computer savvy and he is up to date with all the Apps and websites that came in very handy when we were seeking information and also to share information with him. We were constantly in touch with Jark via WhatsApp and emails, also he was always there to answer all our questions in person too. Our listing looked so amazing that we had an offer on the same day of our showing. We recommended Jark to everyone who is looking for a true professional and a genuinely nice and helpful person.

Amazing experience working with Jark to find our dream home! My husband and I started the house hunt back in December 2019 with another agent but did not get much traction. Fortunately for us, Jark came highly recommended by a friend and we have had the pleasure of working with him since April 2020.
