I met Jasmin in August 2020 when I relocated from Ontario to Alberta. She turned out to be a very wonderful and an excellent individual to work with. She’s didn’t get tired or give up until I was able to find my dream home through her. Jasmin extended her kindness beyond her job to my family and demonstrated professionalism throughout the course of finding the exact property we were looking for. Jasmin is simply phenomenal and I would recommend her for anyone who’s looking for a property to buy.

Loved working with Jasmin. She is knowledgeable and understanding and listened to what I had to say. Jasmin answered a lot of my questions and has numerous resources at her disposal. She was patient as we went from house to house and gave me her honest opinions, not just what I wanted to hear. Jasmin is a fantastic realtor, she made the process of selling the house and finding a new one a breeze! The staging she did in the house sold the house in 6 days! and finding a new home took only a week. She also has a lot of great hookups such as mortgage brokers and lawyer's that made my mortgage process a breeze. Jasmin also knows a lot of contractors so make sure you ask if you want to buy a place and update it. I highly recommend Jasmin and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Jasmin first listen and sit down with her client to know exactly the client’s needs with regards to budget, responsibility, availability. Jasmin tried her best to find a place for her client’s suitable needs which she really connect to the client with respect, with love. Based on my experience Jasmin’s expertise, she is not only after the commission but most important is that she is most concerned on her client’s peace of mind and called a place home.
