Those included, my expectations, my needs, listings with comparable prices in my area, recent sales in my area, and how to price my home. Jeff was fully prepared and professional. He was knowledgeable with the current trends and explained what I could expect when my home was listed. From the get go I felt a trust and comfort working with Jeff. I knew he was fully committed. And this commitment was the case until the final sale. He did everything allowing me to relax. I was updated daily on the progress of the listing and felt very informed. Jeff guided me how to best present my home prior to open houses. I learned the art and skill of showing my home allowing potential buyers to see it as their own. Jeff negotiated a price for my home that was agreeable for me. I could not have experienced a better result. Jeff delivered.
