We met Jeff over a year ago when we were looking at listings and knew right away he was going to be our realtor. We showed him our house that day and although he loved it and wanted to sell it, he never pressured us until we came back to him. During our sale, he helped us out with a spot to take our animals during showings, came to rental properties to help us secure a deal and sold our house 3 times! Sold it with multiple offers over asking on the first day and then still came back and held an open house and sold it again firm. Jeff loves what he does, he knows the market at all times, he will spend his own money to make sure your marketing is top notch. Jeff communicates very well, knows everyone, and has the best resources when it comes to photos, staging, cleaning and repairs. We've sold 5 houses in the last 18 years and have never had anywhere close to the service he provided. We are more than Happy.
