Actually I was randomly searching for a house first and I saw her listing post which was really detailed as I expected. That was a reason why I would like to contact her to inquire more information about the house that I saw and realized Jennica was super willing to help for me to get this house. I was a first home buyer and also had a tight timeliness. In addition we found some issues after the house insfection so we needed to negotiate again, plus my hubby's in out of country so it was difficult to connect him as a co-owner...etc. However, she was really optimistic patient person to handle everything's in a timely manner. She made a referral a proffessional, reliable lawyer, mortgage broker, insurance broker for us so we were able to buy a good new house as I wished! It was a wonderful! Absolutely I recommend her as your realtor, if you want to buy a new dream house like me. I learned a lot and had a pleasure experience while I worked with her even if finding a new house is a bit stressful and not an easy job. Thank you so much, Jennica! 😀
