My husband and I were out of town/out of province buyers with very limited knowledge of the Saskatoon market. Jennifer went out of her way to virtually show us homes trying to get a feel for what we liked. She constantly kept us informed of the market providing us with new listings that matched our criteria as soon as they became available. She was extremely patient and professional and provided us with excellent information and pros and cons (and things to consider), of the neighborhoods and homes we were looking at. Upon coming to Saskatoon Jennifer went out of her way to show us as many homes as possible and found us our dream home completely by surprise!! She happily set up second showings for us to ensure we were making the right decision and reviewed not only the house but provided thoughtful input of other things to consider. Jennifer is extremely professional and has great work ethics. She is very patient and respects your needs, budget etc. and will follow these requirements in seeking a suitable property. She met us few times to understand our requirements and changes later due to market availability and other factors. She will remind you about the fast selling market trend but will never push you to make any hasty decision. She clearly has unbiased opinion on all properties and will give you full space to make a well thought decision. She explained me in detail about paperwork submitted after selecting the property and helped with the final offer and some possible ad on. She will give you the additional information about the property - to her best knowledge to avoid any issues later and ensure to gather all paperwork for you. Her after sales service is incredible and hence will also assist you with other information like - contacts for movers, cleaners, insurance etc. She believes in life long relationship and is always available for future queries. She is now a life long friend now who will be part of all our special events and days. We highly recommend her services and no one will be disappointed.
