He handled every detail seamlessly, from coordinating the move-out of the upstairs tenant, working with the basement tenant, to arranging full cleaning, gardening for both the front and backyard, and staging the entire home. Despite a slow and declining market, Jersey was able to get the property sold within 30 days, which was impressive. He also clearly explained the foreign seller withholding tax and clearance certificate process, and guided me step-by-step to ensure everything was handled promptly and correctly. Jersey Li is the best realtor I have worked with and I worked with many as a real estate investor. He is a really smart guy and always took care of your interest first and went out of his way to help you. I had a tenanted property with very difficult tenants who refused to move out because the current market rent is $800 more than what they were paying. Being remote, I had a difficult time selling.
