Jesse was amazing to work with in every step of our home selling experience! He was very knowledgeable about the market, took the time to explain his process and ideas, and never made us feel pressured into agreeing with any of his suggestions. He simply offered his advice and expertise, and then guided us through the process, letting us make the decisions we were most comfortable with. He made recommendations about how to improve the appeal of our home, helped with setting up minor reno work and staging, and really helped to ensure our home presented well. His communication was excellent and consistent. We never had to follow up to ask about how things were going, we were always kept informed. He was an outstanding negotiator and we always felt that he was working hard to represent our best interests. In the end, we were able to close a sale that we were happy with, all with minimal stress. We have been represented by Jesse in a home buying experience in the past, and went back to him for a reason!
