I found Jessica because as I was leaving after my first condo open house as a first time buyer and I knew I wanted to make an offer but I had to do by the next day. She was leaving showing another showing in the same building, I was impressed with her friendly greeting and professional manner. In the elevator I asked her if she would be interested in becoming my agent and fast! Jessica accepted and rose to the challenge. With her support and expertise I have bought and sold two condos in Vancouver during insanely challenging markets. Jessica is patient, professional and tenacious! Jessica is an agent who also cares deeply about what she does, you will feel that and also see the results for yourself.
