He is an awesome ethical salesman! He is totally different than most of the other realtors who push you quickly to a price or rushing you to close it as earliest. He is very knowledgable, very descriptive about the factors to sell a home and transparent in all steps with total compliance to RECO rules. He knows Burlington and close neighbour very well to set the right listing price as well as he monitors the competition very closely and sets the sales strategy accordingly. He provides a full-service (photography, listing and staging) with a real affordable commission. He is also very responsive to your queries, even sometimes extended to late nights. I will certainly work with him on my next transactions and recommend to anyone who is planning to buy / sell within GTA and Halton Regions.
