As a first timer I needed someone who was willing to help me along with every step. The stress and anxiety with purchasing / selling a home can be very overwhelming. Jim made me feel like his only client every single time we met and spoke. He never once pressured me or made me feel rushed. He was available anytime I had a question and always made me feel like he had my best intentions at the forefront.
