<p>Jodie was a tremendous help and we couldn’t have a better experience buying our first home. Buying in such a market (Vancouver’s) for the first time can be an overwhelming and stressful process but Jodie went above and beyond and was with us in every step to make the process very smooth and successful.</p> <p>From the start he set us up to have all the required information and was responsive and caring in every stage from open houses and evaluating properties to making offers and negotiations. With his extensive knowledge of the market, we were able to find homes matching our current needs and future goals, make offers we are comfortable with and know when to walk away as well.</p> <p>He has an eye for detail and evaluates properties in term of structure, functionality, design and investment ver well. It was a pleasure working with Jodie and we’re definitely going to work with him again in future.</p> <p>Jodie is truly one of a kind both professionally and personally and we cannot recommend him highly enough.</p>

<p>Jodie had more confidence in my property than I did! He gave me my instructions on getting everything ready for the photo shoot - great advice like removing all throw rugs and personal photographs. Jodie knew every detail on previous sales in my building and neighbourhood, so I felt confident we were good to go. It was all over after one weekend of open houses - even my neighbours came and checked it out. I've since learned that two of them listed their units based on how successful my sale was. Jodie was honest, no BS, and I felt that he worked for me, to get the best price possible.</p>

<p>I had been dabbling in open houses for quite a while. Jodie connected me with a mortgage broker so I would be prepared when the perfect property came along. Which it did, shortly thereafter. He also recommended people to do some renovations and they worked out beautifully. Reasonably priced and I was delighted with the results. I would recommend Jodie for his knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm.</p>
