In April 2021 Joel helped us find a house in South Surrey area that we love so much. Finding a house that perfectly suited my family's needs was not something easy, but Joel kept on searching and eventually we found the ideal one. Joel also helped us to make sure the transaction went on without any problem. We got the key in July 2021. No issue at all. It was a great pleasure to work with Joel, and he always listened to our needs and gave us practical advice.
