They always say that buying and selling your house is really stressful. Well, for us it was so stress-free because we hired Joe Preswick as our realtor. We only have good things to say about how he helped us. He's so easy to talk to, no pretensions, honest and he's genuinely interested in getting your place sold - he even cleaned our windows for us so it shows nicely on the photos. He's an expert in his field, very professional and yet we felt comfortable talking to him informally. Unlike other busy realtors who you only see at the start and at the end of the house selling/buying process, Joe was the only one who worked with us from the very beginning up to the very end. Some realtors want to get a quick sale without thinking of their client's best interest but Joe made sure that we got our house's worth. We are extremely thankful that we hired Joe as our realtor, he's highly recommended!!!
