He listened to our needs and showed properties that met those needs. In our experience, John went well above and beyond the duties of a typical agent. He gave us a ride from the airport and did the final walk through with us, well after the sale was complete. He negotiated with the selling agent to have a number of small plumbing issues on our new home fixed at the expense of the seller before we moved it. John is personable and easy to work with.
