We’ve had the pleasure of working with John Kenny since 2019, when he helped us find our very first home. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but he guided us through the entire process with patience, honesty, and professionalism. When the time came in 2025 to find our forever home, there was no question about who we would work with again. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients—always reliable, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right place for our family. What truly sets him apart is his dedication and integrity. He never pressures you into decisions and always provides clear, honest guidance. His strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of the local market made both of our home-buying experiences smooth and stress-free. Another thing that really stood out is how great he was with our kids. House hunting with a family can be hectic, but he always made it enjoyable. Over the past year, John has sold my house, sold my partner’s house and helped us purchase a home together and I can genuinely say that all three experiences, while stressful, were overall fantastic. John is not only a a great realtor, he’s also a really great person; he was understanding and compassionate and helped us through every stage of the process . . . And this is in the face of me being fairly intense and not always being the easiest person to deal with! If you are looking for a Realtor, I would not hesitate in choosing John!

John was on the ball and my house sold in a soft market, with 2 other homes on my street for sale in a matter of a few days! He knows what he is doing, is very experienced and trustworthy. I have recommended a few people to John and they have all been pleased. John is detailed, had excellent suggestions to help get my home ready to sell and he is respectful.

John is THE BEST!!! We met randomly at an open house and we were so impressed that we contacted John to represent us a month later. When we were in active negotiations on a property John was guiding us every step of the way. We looked at a property at 8pm, put in an offer at 10pm and owned the property by midnight.
