John is simply the best! He is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He is quick to respond to any questions and to set up appointments. I have already recommended his service and plan on working with him again.

I have never met a person with so much hustle. He effortlessly kept a zillion balls in the air while remaining at ease, guiding us through the process with timely advice and a great sense of humor. He was always on time and always had time for our questions and any showings we were interested in. His research was invaluable in choosing which properties to see and which were problematic. At the end of the process, he ensured we had things in our request that we didn't even know that we wanted or needed until later. He suggested mortgage professionals, a lawyer, a home inspector and contractors. He offered discounts on a variety of useful and needful item. All in all, I wouldn't seek the help of anyone else if seeking home ownership in the greater Winnipeg area.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with John. He is dedicated, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. My husband and I looked at so many houses over the course of two years I began to worry John would "fire" us. Thankfully he didn't! With the result that my husband and I are now the ecstatic owners of a house that is perfect for us. Thank you John for being so good at your job and for being unfailingly honest and always jovial.
