We wanted to thank you for all your help with the selling of our house and the buying of our new home. Our house was only on the market for 5 days and we had people viewing every night. The first offer was the one we accepted for 99% of our asking price. When we went searching for a new home to buy we had a list of must haves. The first home you showed us was not what we were looking for but it was lovely. You then worked tirelessly to find us the house that we thought we wanted. You were right after all and we purchased the first house that you knew would be perfect for us and at a reasonable price, less than what we had expected to pay. It has been 3 months now since we moved in and we are all very happy. Thank you John.

<p><br /> I had met John when my sister was looking for a home of her own. What impressed me was John's honesty - he said that if we were honest with him, he would be there for us 100%. He also noted that he is a full time agent and the importance of having an agent that knows the market. John worked around my schedule and I was able to see a home with very little notice. When I saw the home I wanted, we drafted up the paperwork that very night. John was also able to get me a great rate on my mortgage (better than what my own bank had offered). He walked me through the process and was able to adjust the conditions of the sales agreement to my advantage. I don't think I would have got my home if it wasn't for his expertise. He also was able to connect me to a great home inspector. John went above and beyond. I will highly recommend John to my friends and family.</p>
