Guiding a total stranger through the home buying process is a difficult job and takes not only knowledge and patience, but also some intuition about the person who is making a huge decision. Jorie was very perceptive and quickly picked up on the things that mattered to me while we were house hunting.

Jorie was recommended to me by a friend and was incredible to work with. She is an authentic person who is relatable and down to earth, and highly professional. She was attentive to my unique needs in a home, and listened and reassured me throughout the process which kept my mind at ease. She grounded me and advised me in a way to keep my emotions in check when placing a bid on a property, so I did not overpay in a market that is changing, which is invaluable to me since I have what you would call "trigger finger" decision making and tend to put the cart before the horse. I actually secured my home for less than the asking price. She has followed up with me multiple times since my purchase a few months ago to make sure I'm settling in okay and that I'm happy with my home. The home I ended up in is my own private oasis and I could not be happier with the property, and my choice in a realtor.

Jorie was awesome to work with and very helpful. She was accommodating and flexible with us as we were moving from the mainland to the island. She was willing to go above and beyond to help the sale go through. Unfortunately we had to walk away from that property but we were able to find something more suited to us and she was there every step of the way for both negotiations.

Jorie helped us to get our first home and made the process straightforward and was great at minimizing our stress. She always answered questions quickly and thoroughly and was a wealth of info about local places to go and explore. We would definitely recommend her to friends and family and use her again when it is time to upgrade.

5 stars is not enough to give credit where it is due! I have bought and sold a few houses in my life, and Jorie reflects the best of the best. Knowledgeable... responsive...honest...and a strong negotiator. She landed us our home for under list price while competing against another offer- in a cut-throat market. We bought in October and have called many times since. Her willingness to answer questions after the purchase was over made us feel like she truly cares and we were not simply a transaction. To top it off at X-mas time we were delivered a gift basket with my favorite cookies. This is someone you want in your corner- and I'm not just saying that in the hope for future cookies.
