I couldn't ask for a more proffesional and knowledgable agent. Julie was on the job immediately, requesting strata documents and arranging photos and measurements. I had an issue to deal with involving a water leak in the walls of building. She took control of the issue, dealing with the PM. I couldn't have done it without her help. Over and above, in my opinion.
