Her surprise & delight in seeing all our Reno’s & especially her knowledge of the current market greatly encouraged us that it would sell quickly and above what we had feared. I believe she sold our unit within 1-2 weeks. Kaity is personable, knowledgeable and genuine. She brought fun and lightness to our sale.

Kaity was amazing! She’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of. She answered all our questions, and helped us look at so many homes in a hot market. Kaity went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. To top it off she gave us such a Halloween and Christmas gifts. Never expected but she thinks about her clients way beyond the final sale.
