Timing is everything. We sold our house due to health reasons. Kam was there moving my furniture as I lay in a hospital bed. The selling of the house had complications beyond Kam's control due to the market change. and had to negotiate to make it work. Kam never gave up and was key in the final solution. Kam is a man of strong character and he delivered for us.
