Karen is a gem. We met Karen in May of this year and I now consider her a family friend. She was attentive, kind, professional yet personal and a wonderful person to have by our side with finding our dream home. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. We are forever grateful to Karen!

Karen was outstanding! We had an interprovincial move and Karen held our hand every step of the way, explaining everything we needed; and making sure we were understanding how things are done here. Utmost level of professionalism and expertise, great relationship with everyone involved in our transaction and helping us with all the details.

We came from Ontario and had to buy our new home without actually seeing it in person. Karen, with all of her expertise - virtual and technological - made sure that it was as close an experience to "real life" as it could be - having to be our eyes. She always made sure that if we had any questions that they got answered immediately. She also goes that extra mile for her clients and gets things done that should be done that we might not have thought of ourselves! Working with people from out of province who are unable to come out and see places must present a whole new set of challenges on top of the regular ones - ones that Karen rose to beautifully and always cheerfully!
