Karen was knowledgable, helpful, professional, and kind! As a first time home buyer, she really went above and beyond to explain the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Even after the closing of the house, she made sure the dock transfer with the city was taken care of. I appreciate everything she did for me. She made me feel like I was her only client!!!
