<p>We were provided very effective, solid and attentive service, and patience with our unwillingness to view houses we knew were not the right fit. Karen is an experienced and strategic thinker, which will benefit the client regardless of role as buyer or seller. The team was also very supportive and helpful. Verbal communications can run long which may be a little frustrating or difficult for busy clients, but expressing your needs/preferences up front and maintaining this will be effective.</p>
