If you aim to look for a realtor that possesses knowledge, professionalism, patience, punctuality and way above all your expectations look no more. Karl delivered everything for us. From searching one property to the next one he was all in with us. From the unit we have chosen till the possession day Karl was with us. For all the troubles worth he was with us, from one house to the other until after we have moved in, Karl was still in contact with us to make sure all was worth it purchasing the house. Anything that needs to be relayed to the builder he was there for us. Even made recommendations for our blinds and much more. You can never go wrong with Karl Ibasco.
