My experience with Karol was extremely poor. I had known her previously and expected her to be supportive. Instead she told me I was greedy with my asking price and waisting her time looking to buy and was going to send me a bill that I probably wouldn’t pay as I had no integrity. She charged 7/4% which was high but I expected her to be more professional than that. It caused me a huge amount of stress when my place sold in 4 days and I had nowhere to go. I had no protection or advise to insert a seller clause subject to me finding something suitable to prevent that. Not recommended

I am involved in a complicated, time-sensitive sale. Karol made herself available because this was urgent. She had done a lot of research before she arrived, showing me comparable properties and what they had sold for. She asked pertinent questions and made a thorough assessment of our property, completing her evaluation on schedule. She is very professional. I could trust her. I would recommend her without hesitation. Not only that, she has great style!
