Our first buying experience with Karrie Anne was when we bought our house in 2007. It was a bit of a “fixer” but she encouraged us in its potential. We loved the quiet location as well, she even ran around with our boys in the green space in the center of the close. She went above and beyond in helping us with some demo, too! Fast forward to 2021, and our 21 year old son was ready to purchase his first home. We had thoughts on what was a good property for him and she completely respected that but at the same time steered us into what was actually best! She knows our city and the market so well we felt very secure in what options she was showing Isaac. Once he found the property he liked she dealt almost exclusively with our young adult child and only involved us if and when necessary. She’s a mom herself and had our child’s absolute best interest at heart.
