Karson helped my brother purchase a condo suite a few years ago and when it came time for my sister and I to purchase our own property, my brother recommended Karson because he had a really great experience working with him. I still have the notes that I took during our initial meeting and upon discussing my experience with my acquaintances, I realized how rare it was for a realtor to spend this much time to provide a run-down of the entire process. The same can be said about viewing properties, and the thorough overview of property values that took place before we wrote offers. When we went to view properties that we were interested in, what I noticed immediately was that there were times when Karson knew more about the property being sold than the seller’s agent. He had done his research. Which also meant that when it came time to write offers, he was able to guide us into writing offers that we were comfortable with, but were also fair offers in terms of where the property was located, and other factors regarding the unit. While working with Karson, the sense that we got the longer we worked with him was that he really had our best interests at heart. We have shared our experience with friends and acquaintances and some of them have already asked that we provide them with his contact information since they plan on purchasing a home in the future. It was a pleasure working with Karson and should there come a time when we need to work with a realtor again, we would definitely reach out to him again.
