Katie Shaw is an outstanding real estate agent in my experience. She has been involved with three transactions on my behalf. I've sold two 2 houses with her and I've purchased one also. Katie is efficient, communicative, and friendly. She has always been available to answer any questions. Her knowledge and expertise were helpful countless times. She was able come up with pricing strategies which worked very well. Both of the houses I sold had signed offers completed within 3 days of posting the house. Katie was excellent in negotiating on our behalf, and she has continued to offer support to us and checked in with us even a month after the we moved into our new home. I'm so glad I found Katie on this site, and I heartily recommend you consider her as your go to agent. She is an agent who truly listens and cares and wants to help. I'm excited for the next time I have an opportunity to work with her.
