Keith has made our move from another city and province a breeze. He worked with us efficiently even though we would consider ourself far less than ideal customers. He was understaning when we gave him an initial list of 150+ properties and helped us narrow it down to a manageable selection. He provided extremely valuable input in form of market trends and historical knowledge of city and its ongoing development. He remained patient and helped us adjust our target list, even after we've scopecreeped into a different area of the city and different price range. He has scheduled over 50 and he visited 48 houses with us prior to finding the one we are happy to call our forever home. Coming from another province he has taken time to explain us the transaction process thoroughly and connected us with other experts. He scheduled all external visits, such as inspections, and made recommendations that saved us valuable time and in the end of it, money. By leading through the entire process he took the burden out of property transaction entirely. Bottom line, I doubt that a better agent exist in Ottawa.

I met Keith on august 2018 and since the first time i met him i had great experience. As a first time home buyer you feel sometimes insecure and Keith was very helpful by explaining everything and make everything look clear and easy. Every time i asked him he never hesitate and never postpone showings. As a new comer here in Ottawa (April 2018) he gave me great info about all the neighbourhoods and houses. I really appreciated the fact that he kept me updated all the time and I am also very happy that i purchased the the house that i was looking for. Both Keith and Alex were very helpful and very nice and the process went smooth and everything was fine. I will strongly recommend Keith to all my colleges and friends.

Keith was very professional, punctual and available.
