Kelsi was a great realtor. Her communication was stellar, as we were purchasing from outside the province. She was very quick to respond to emails and kept us up to date. When we arrived in Osoyoos the Friday of a long weekend to take possession of the house, she was there to do the walk around with us. The house was less than 'move in ready'. The sellers had not cleaned the home and we were not able to move in with the current conditions. Kelsi went above and beyond to find a cleaner that could come the following day to do the cleaning at her and the selling realtor's expense. This was most generous and gave us a great deal of peace of mind. We would highly recommend Kelsi as a realtor.
