We had a disappointing experience working with Ken and Linda as our realtors a couple years ago when searching for a condo and we want other home buyers to know about it. While they were responsive to our communications during the offer process, that was unfortunately the only positive aspect of our experience with them. Throughout our interactions, Ken and Linda made us feel uncomfortable and unimportant as clients. They continuously brought up the higher-value transactions they were working on with other clients, even going so far as to express excitement to us about closing another deal while we were viewing a condo. This came across as very unprofessional, especially as they seemed preoccupied with their larger clients. When we decided to cancel a few viewings in an area we were no longer interested in to avoid wasting everyone's time, Linda seemed upset and the relationship turned sour. While we understand that changing plans once can be inconvenient, the tone of the email from Linda made it clear they did not consider us worth their time and effort as clients. (She said "sorry we couldn't devote all our time to you.") This sarcasm and tone left us wondering why they took us on as clients in the first place. In the end, we moved on and found a new realtor who was a breath of fresh air. She was enthusiastic, professional, and happy to work diligently on our behalf. She provided valuable guidance on pricing and whether to put in a subject-free offer. This was advice which Ken and Linda refused to offer (they said those decisions were "up to us" and didn't seem interested). With her help, we found the perfect condo within a couple weeks and couldn't be happier with our decision to switch realtors. We are excited to use her to sell our condo in the near future as well when we upsize. Perhaps Ken and Linda are better suited for clients with big ticket sale listings where they can make a substantial commission more quickly. But for the average buyer, especially in the condo market, I would not recommend working with them. As "small fish" clients, we felt treated as if our business was an annoyance rather than valued and appreciated. We felt that we were supposed to feel grateful for having K&L as our realtors. In retrospect, I wish we had sought out a different realtor from the start who was excited to help us find our new home, no matter the price point. Ken and Linda are honest hard working agents who you can trust, they are working for YOU! They are informed as to the current market conditions as well as the neighborhoods they work in. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent who you can count on!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Ken and Linda were patient with our search and were constantly helpful even though we were very picky. They stayed in constant communication with us and helped us understand the market by spending a lot of time with us on the phone and at open houses. Even after we closed, they were there to ensure everything went smoothly and as expected. Not to mention they did a flawless job on our sale as well, which we had to get done under time pressure. In the end we got our dream house and couldn’t be happier!

Ken and Linda are amazing. They are personally available to show the property. They are knowledgeable and give you good advice. My property sold for a great price and I will use them again to buy or sell. I highly recommend Ken and Linda!
