We were living on Vancouver Island when our need for a realtor to sell our furnished condo in Vancouver came up.So very lucky my husband knew Ken Stef. Ken did an outstanding job in helping us achieve our sale-from his knowledge of our area/condo market/great communication skill and overall professionalism,answering all of my questions and going over and above my expectations of what a realtor will do. He “does windows”,arranged servicing calls as we were not in town,fills holes in walls ..I could go on. Plus a fabulous staging /virtual online tour and photography. Definitely 5 star
