<p>Keri gave us an exceptional experience in purchasing our new family home. Keri is kind, calm, and always smiling, best of all she is VERY patient! She is very positive, but also realistic and doesn't hesitate to inform you of things that you may not have considered before (eg; traffic volume living on a busy road with two small children, items to consider about the home/location for resale value, etc). Keri's honesty and knowledge made me trust her instantly as you immediately knew she truly had her heart in helping you find the right home, and not just making a quick sale. Keri took the time to talk to me for a couple hours during the home inspection to alleviate all my anxieties in regards to finding my son a school and how the zoning and busing all works as we are moving from a rural town to the city and feel a bit overwhelmed. Fantastic communication and negotiation skills, and has always gone the extra mile for us! Keri's outstanding knowledge through this whole process has been appreciated and she made this experience feel easy and relaxed! Thank-you Keri!</p>

<p><br /> Keri showed us only what would interest is as to not waste our time. We went out looking at homes on a scheduled day that was very stormy. Not that I recommend it but it was a time I had set aside and wanted to use. Keri smiled the whole time!<br /> She's very knowledgable on markets and the process which helped us narrow down some choices. We decided to go through a builder and she was helpful with expectations and negotiation room. The builder's sales rep had even commented on how great Keri is to work with and that she wished more agents were like Keri!<br /> We'll be listing with Keri when it's time. You'll be more than happy if you use her too!</p>

<p>Keri made the buying process so easy and understandable. We bought our first home without a real estate agent and it was thankfully okay, knowing what we know now we won't purchase a home without her again. She's friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expections. We will never forget this experience as being a very positive one!</p>
