<p>Kerri is quite simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold homes throughout the lower mainland since the early 2000's and she is the most honest, knowledgeable, hardworking agent in the business.<br /> Her research on the building, neighboring buildings, and history of the area were incredibly in depth and was a major factor in my decision making.</p> <p>I will never use another agent.</p>

<p>Kerri went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We were a young couple buying our first home in the crazy real estate market that is Vancouver, and Kerri took the scariness out of the whole process. We cannot say enough about how great she was - professional always, totally "got" us and truly seemed to care that we were as happy as we could be. The place we ultimately ended up in was the first place she recommended having only known us for a couple days...should have just listened to her from the start! That was especially impressive because although I am from Vancouver, my boyfriend was from the United States and was relatively unfamiliar with the city. She just seemed to know what we wanted instantly and then did everything in her power to get us there. At one point we looked into buying a floating home and although she had never been involved with such a purchase she took it upon herself to learn everything and became an expert for us in a matter of days. Maybe next time we will buy a floating home, just to make use of all of her expertise ;)</p> <p>Finding a trustworthy Realtor who has your back is a daunting thought, and we cannot believe how lucky we were to find Kerri. We will NEVER use another Realtor for buying or selling and would recommend her without a moment's hesitation to everyone we know. Even the mortgage broker she recommended was amazing.</p> <p>The place she ultimately got us in (we still aren't sure how...it was a new build and she somehow finagled us in before it instantly sold out) is our dream come true. Thank you Kerri for being so awesome at life. We would be lost without you.</p>
