Charmaine is an absolute gem! Anyone will be lucky to work with her in finding your dream home. We went through MANY ups and downs for about 1.5 years looking at homes and Charmaine was so patient with us and was there whenever we needed her. We moved in at the end of Feb 2025 and naturally, a snow storm hit and it was a brutal winter and Charmaine worked with the other realtor to clear our drive way (it was power of sale), the bank wasn’t going to do it for us, our lawyers did nothing too to help us. Just an amazing person. We have a realtor we can rely on for the rest of our lives + now, a beautiful friendship.
