Kim did an excellent job getting us what we needed. I thought she did an exceptional job with the landlord and relaying all messages to us.

I have done a number of large real estate transactions with many other good agents but Kim has been exceptionally spot-on. It is clear that she has excellent experience, treats the work professionally, and deals with her clients and cohorts the way she would hope to be dealt with.
