We are first-time homebuyers and have little knowledge regarding the real estate market. Mrs. Kim has been extremely helpful and made the whole process effortlessly and smoothly for us. She spent time advising us on the type of house that was suitable for our budget, sending us an extensive list of properties to choose from, and organizing weekly open house tours for us to view the houses on sales. For each property, we discussed the pros and cons until we found the house that we loved the most. Mrs. Kim helped us place a reasonable offer for the house, and in the end we closed the deal with $20,000 lower than the initial listing price! She was always there throughout the whole inspection and closing process, making sure that nothing would go wrong, as if it were her own house. She was happy to answer all of our questions, and would recommend contacts for different services that we would need, be it a Mortgage Specialist, Notary, Home Inspection... Collaborating with Mrs. Kim for our first home is one of the best decisions that we have ever made and we strongly recommend her service for any future home buyers.
