We looked at a lot of houses with Kim and she was very knowledgeable about every single one, and every time we wanted a viewing she would make time for us. She also expertly sold our house and helped us find the next home that was perfect for our family. We cannot reccomend her enough!

Kim is a professional and outstanding in her profession. My general experience with real estate agents has been generally poor. What sets Kim apart is her integrity, hard work and client centric approach. Combined with a strong interpersonal skills and thoughtful manner, Kim is a person that I would recommend to other persons both purchasing and selling a home.

Kim was extremely helpful...she guided us through the process from beginning to end and still kept in touch with us after the process was complete to be sure we were settled in. Kim is very open, listened to what are wishes were for our new home and answered our emails, texts and phone calls promptly. She did not waste our time viewing houses that she knew would not be appropriate for us. She made herself available at a days notice to view homes with us, answered all of our questions and checked things out in the homes we viewed together that we would not have known to check. Kim is professional at all times. She has a great working relationship with her colleagues and lets you know what you can expect for the price range you are looking for.
