We had a great experience with Krista in a challenging market. Unfortunately for us we were buying in a time with homes receiving 10+ offers and going well above asking. She understood the challenges, was realistic and honest with us about what it would take to get into a place that we wanted. We needed that and it really helped us set realistic expectations for ourselves. She also came up with creative ideas to help put us over the top on our offer. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know a whole lot about the process of dealing with lawyers, mortgage specialists etc. She totally sorted us out and helped us find the right people for us. Overall we could really feel that she was invested and wanted us to get a place we were excited about. Buying a house can be a crazy experience and we felt like were great hands!

Krista helped my wife and I find our family dream home (we have two daughters ages 4 and 6) in Wilden. We were living in Los Angeles for the past 8 years, and we moved back to Kelowna - where my wife grew up - over the summer. We originally rented a furnished house in Dilworth with the expectation to go back to Los Angeles after COVID subsided. However, we quickly realized that Kelowna offered so much and decided that we wanted to stay much longer and should therefore buy a house here. We had our sights set on Dilworth since we love the area so much, so we sought out the most informed agent in the Dilworth area. We came to understand that Krista was the resident expert in the area (she lives in Dilworth and is one of its top agents), so we asked her if she would help us with our search. Krista immediately asked us some questions to narrow in on our criteria and sent us a number of listings in Dilworth, Glenmore, and Wilden that matched the criteria. The web search tool that she provided to us was absolutely spectacular and was much better than any publicly available search that we could find (we are avid real estate app users). We asked Krista many questions and short listed 5 of the listings. Krista was able to get us into all of the listings on the upcoming Saturday as we requested. One of them already had a pretty solid offer on it, but Krista still arranged for us to see it so that we could get a better feel for the market. On Saturday, Krista took our whole family to all 5 homes back to back - it took about 2 hours. Amazingly home #2 (which was actually in Wilden and not Dilworth) was indeed our dream home! We couldn't believe how fast we found something with Krista's help. Krista cancelled her own Saturday night dinner plans, performed in-depth market research on comps, and helped us make an offer that same night so we didn't miss out. We offered about $90k less than the asking price, and Krista helped us negotiate a great deal over the next 24 hours. By Sunday evening, we had an accepted offer! Between the time we had an accepted offer and the time we moved in, Krista helped us through every aspect of the process and devoted countless hours to make sure everything went smoothly. She even arranged multiple viewings of the house for us to plan our move-in. We have been in the house just over a month now, and we are so grateful for everything Krista has done for us. We couldn't be happier with the house or her service. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who wants a real professional who is willing to put in the time and effort to make sure things go right. She is also so kind and caring, and you can tell she wants her clients to be happy above all else. Thank you, Krista! You have our loyalty and we hope to recommend many people your way.
