From the initial meeting to discuss our wants/needs, to the day of our closing (and checking in shortly thereafter too) she was always making sure we were satisfied. Krista was so attentive and easy to get ahold of, that we truly felt as though we were her only clients (which we know was most definitely not true)! She has great attention to detail. Krista is a full-service agent- anything that needed outsourcing to prep for selling, or issues that popped up during the closing process, she had contacts for and she even got in there with hands on help herself. Krista was great with our kids while going through houses, giving us a chance to look around in detail without the kids getting bored. She easily pointed out the drawbacks and pluses of homes that we may have not thought of and truly understood what we were looking for, allowing her to point out listings we would be interested in. Even in a cooling market, Krista's selling and marketing plan won us several offers, allowing us to get that "SOLD" within 2 days at well over asking! I would not hesitate to recommend Krista or use her services again.
