We were very impressed with Kristen's professionalism and marketing approach to selling our elderly parents' home. She helped us price and show the property to attract the greatest number of potential buyers. She was very easy to connect with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Her team of photographer, videographer and home stager were also excellent and did a very professional job helping us to sell relatively quickly. Kristen also recommended a couple of lawyers in the area that she had worked with and we were very happy with the real estate lawyer we selected. Selling a home can be a stressful time, and Kristen made the entire process much easier to navigate. I have no hesitation in recommending Kristen to other buyers or sellers.
