Kristy was amazing! I’d been looking for months and months, always changing my search parameters and being overly picky about certain little things. Kristy took it all in stride and supported each of my crazy changes, always offering her honest opinion on things. When it came time to purchase, Kristy was amazing. She negotiated, we walked away, the sellers came back and Kristy negotiated again, finally getting what I feel was a great deal given the market. I’d definitely use Kristy again!!

Kristy was very professional and friendly. She quickly response to any inquiries. The thing I really like about her is her sincerity and honesty. Kristy helped us with decisions and would even share her own thoughts/inputs to helped us with our decisions. Highly recommended

Kristy was really awesome for us! I really liked her no pressure approach and she really wanted to find the house that fit our family. We were definitely a little picky, but Kristy understood that the house we wanted was going to be a HOME. Before we listed our condo she let us know the real expectations of what to expect for sale price. As the market became really active she gave us heads up on multiple offer situations and what to expect. We highly recommend Kristy as a realtor, she was 100 percent looking out for our best interest!

There aren't enough great things to say about our experience working with Kristy, she was an absolute breeze to work with. As first time home buyers we really wanted to do our due diligence when looking for a realtor, we spoke to about 3 or 4 just trying to find the right match and are we ever glad that we chose Kristy. She answered all the questions we had, listened to the checklist of things we were looking for and was honest about the homes we viewed. She made it very clear at the beginning that she would never pressure us or make us feel like we would have to make a decision, she really cared that we found a home that we would be happy with. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
