The photos he arranged were stunning, and the descriptions he crafted highlighted the properties’ best features. While buyers ultimately need to visit in person, the quality of the marketing materials clearly helped generate strong interest and traffic. Both homes were older and had not been extensively updated, yet Kurt gave me practical and insightful advice on what, if any, improvements to make before listing. His guidance throughout the process was invaluable. At one point, I ignored his advice and reached out to a buyer directly, which created unnecessary complications. Kurt handled the situation with professionalism and quickly got things back on track, preventing further issues. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. As soon as I met with Kurt I began to relax - he has great energy, answered all of my questions clearly, and quickly found me a sale for a difficult inherited property. It was my first experience dealing with a property sale and he guided me through it expertly. I would absolutely use his services again and gladly recommend him to others.
