<p>Ruth Lamb went beyond her expertise to handle and sort through a difficult multi home transaction and with her assistance, made the right decision to come out with the most return possible. She is very personable nature and expertise in the Real Estate field was invaluable and help us kept at ease. She always kept us posted and updated several times a day during the negotiations process. We absolutely received more than the expected Realtor expertise value and will no doubt recommend her for any future transaction and would recommend to our friends. At the end, she has become a good and very trusted personal friend for my wife and I. </p>

We were struggling to sell for various reasons, until our realtor sensibly brought in Ruth. She was a breath of fresh air with her enthusiasm and positivity that the house would sell. Ruth was caring and understanding when it came time for my mom to sell her home! My mom had moved away from Kelowna and Ruth met with me at our convenience as we also lived out of town. Her knowledge, preparation and time taken to go over comparable properties and advice on getting the home ready was really appreciated! I loved that she used my mom's furniture and decor, added a few other items, and her touch to make it all come together and feel inviting and comfortable. We met with Ruth several times before listing and she was very thorough with explaining how everything would work, even gave us example paperwork, as everything would be done over the phone and through e-mails. Ruth could not have been a better fit for us! A beautiful person and a great professional!

Absolutely outstanding realtor. Kind, knowledgeable, customer-focused and incredibly hard-working. It will take you only a few interactions to see that Ruth does her job with her clients’ happiness as a first priority. Incredibly patient and was willing to take us to as many houses as needed, even repeats and ones she knew we wouldn’t be interested in, all while still as enthusiastic and helpful as ever. Never pressured us into anything, and always made sure that we thought things through even when we got a bit excited.
