Ruth helped me so much!! As an out of town buyer she knew what I wanted and only sent me homes I would be interested in. When I’m town to do viewings, there was no time wasted and we found the perfect home. 10 yrs later I would recommend her ( my son bought and sold with her) and will ask her help again if downsizing. Yes, Ruth possesses all of the basic skills of a professional agent: knowledgeable, timely, excellent communicator, effective negotiator. What surprises is her unique understanding of us, as clients. She quickly connected us with properties that met our initial criteria. After our first showing, she commented, “This property will not work for you”, to which we agreed and appreciated.
