Lana was very helpful and knowledgeable when she worked with us on the purchase of a house and also a condo last year. We have bought several houses over the years and Lana and her team were by far the best we have ever encountered. I don't know that we would have found the properties that we ended up buying without her help. She is really a nice person to work with and her calm, kind and very patient approach to real estate made the search for the right property a very pleasant experience. Her communication during the process of looking for a property and in the followup after we purchased was excellent and she always returned calls very quickly and we always knew what was to be expected and when. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her team to anyone.

Lana is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. As a first time home owner, my husband and i kinda had an idea of what we were looking for but still not sure as previous realtors didnt really listen to us and our needs etc. Your first home will have to be some compromise but Lana showed us houses via email with things we requested and areas we liked. She was also informative about good areas. I remember the day we found our home think lana showed us about 5 or 6 houses and she negotiated for us and got us a good deal :) After the sale or purchase she didn't just say Thank you and goodbye. She made follow up calls , gave us referrals to do our preinspection for our home and lawyer. During the process of purchasing a home and after lana sends little gifts for Mothers Day, Fathers day and birthdays. WOW! She is just awesome :)

Lana Bedard was very instrumental to buying our first house. She walked us through every step of the process, preparing us for what to expect and the important details to focus on. She was patient and very friendly, and also introduced us to other professionals from the mortgage broker to the lawyer who helped at closing. We couldn’t have asked for more, and in her it was about doing what was right for us. Absolutely selfless service!!

Lana was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the world of real estate as first time home buyers. She made it such a fun and stress free experience, and really listened to what we were looking for and was adaptable when our needs evolved through the process. I am so glad we happened upon her, I can’t think of any real estate agent that goes to all the trouble she does- like sending us a cake on our 1st year anniversary of buying the home, sending treats and wishing us well on holidays as well as offering event tickets.
