I hadn't planned on buying a new home this year, but when I needed to Laura was so helpful. And always so willing to go see the "unique fixer-uppers" that seems to draw my interest. She has no fear about anything it seems and helped talk me through what would be required. She knew the market well and what would be a reasonable offer. She went above and beyond while I spent weeks and weeks looking for the right place. I'm now happily in my moderate fixer-upper and I wouldn't have gotten here without her. Highly recommend.

I wish there were more stars to give. Laura is literally light-years above any other agent I have either utilized or have heard of. It seems like more and more these days agents are coming up short on promises, don't really understand the market, and practice friendly banter instead of delivering performance. They can't manage expectations, can't get top dollar for your property, and can't help you negotiate a purchase to your advantage. Do yourself the biggest favour when contemplating your biggest financial transaction: hire Laura Godbeer.
