<p>If you are looking for someone that has your best interest in mind then Laura is the girl for you. She knows everything about relastate and explains everything in detail. She is not your typical agent she is down to earth and funny and is always there to answer question no matter if you think there silly or not. All while staying professional. She understand the needs of her clients and she strives to give you exactly what you want. I recommend her not just because she sold my house but it was how it was done</p>

She quickly sent me new listings, arranged viewings immediately, and then advised me on the pros and cons of both types of houses I was thinking about. Her advice was exactly right, as I am in the perfect house and very happy. Her negotiating with the builder was professional and with her knowledge I was able to navigate the daunting task of buying from a builder. As for the selling of my house, her knowledge of the neighbourhood and again, her great negotiating skills, made for a seamless process and an organized transition from the sale of one house to the purchase of another.<br /> Laura kept me notified at all times of the progress of the sale and purchase, and supported her advice with facts and data. I felt she really knew her stuff!<br /> And, she is lots of fun, which is very helpful to get through all the viewings, signings, and negotiations.</p>
